Short announcement
News for everyone: one line and a link, no cookie banner.
What this template is for
Sometimes there is one thing to say: "the report is out", "new prices from the 1st". A compact window with one line and a link delivers it and does not pose as a cookie banner — it asks nothing and collects nothing.
What the user sees
| Step | Anchored to | Copy |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | — | The 2026 market report is out 42 pages of data — free. |
The step anchors in a template are [data-tour="…"] placeholders. In the visual editor you point them at your own elements by clicking, or add that attribute in your markup; the copy is edited in the same place.
Why these defaults
- One line and a link: read in a second.
- On every page, right away: the news concerns everyone.
- Once: read it, never see it again.
- Priority −10: gives way to any tour or window that matters more.
