What this template is for
Happy customers rarely write reviews on their own; unhappy ones do, in public. The two-step rating sends 4–5 stars to your review page and asks everyone else what to improve — inside the product.
Why these defaults
- Five stars: the clearest scale, answered fastest.
- Threshold 4: 4–5 → the review link, 1–3 → "what should we improve?".
- After 30 seconds on the page: people have had time to work.
- A card in the corner, once: out of the way and never repeated.
