Trial ending
Three days before the trial ends.
What this template is for
When a trial ends silently, people find out through features that stopped working — and they are annoyed. A reminder three days ahead gives time to decide calmly and leads straight to checkout.

The step anchors in a template are [data-tour="…"] placeholders. In the visual editor you point them at your own elements by clicking, or add that attribute in your markup; the copy is edited in the same place.
Why these defaults
- Audience: trial_days_left < 4 — a property from Clew.identify().
- After 5 seconds: not at sign-in, when people are busy with their own task.
- Once: one honest reminder is enough.
- Priority 25 — above ordinary tips.
