FAQ
Which product metrics can I calculate here?
Funnel conversion, activation revenue, retention by cohort, time to value, feature adoption, LTV:CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, SaaS quick ratio and NPS.
How is funnel conversion calculated?
Step conversion is users at a step divided by users at the previous step; overall conversion is the last step divided by the first. The calculator shows both and highlights the step with the largest absolute loss.
What is a good retention rate for SaaS?
It depends on the segment, but a curve that flattens matters more than any single number. For B2B SaaS, month-1 retention above 40–50% is common; the calculator plots your curve so you can see whether it levels off.
How do I estimate the revenue impact of better activation?
Enter sign-ups, current and target activation rate, activated-to-paid conversion and revenue per customer. The activation revenue calculator shows the extra customers and revenue per month and per year.
What does the SaaS quick ratio show?
Quick ratio = (new MRR + expansion MRR) ÷ (churned MRR + contraction MRR). Above 4 is efficient growth; below 1 means the business is shrinking.
Do I need to connect my analytics?
No. Type in aggregate numbers from any analytics tool. Nothing is uploaded; the calculations run in your browser.
